The first floor tin ceiling is estimated to have been installed around 1935, with incredible patterned cornices and egg & dart trim. Matching parts needed to be custom fabricated for this restoration.

Once the ceiling is finished, it is time to install the reclaimed oak barn wood flooring.

Wood flooring that had been on the first floor was reclaimed for use on the 2nd & 3rd floors so that there will be hardwood throughout.
Reclaimed oak barn wood floor installation completed. The finish coating will darken the floors, really making the tin ceiling pop!
